16 ounces of extra virgin olive oil

3 sprigs of rosemary

3 sprigs of thyme.

3 sprigs of oregano.

3 sprigs of mint.

3 sprigs fresh basil.

1 tablespoon of salt

16-ounce glass bottle with top

Preparation:

Clean fresh herbs then allow for them to dry. Crush the herbs then place in the bottle and add the salt.

Pour in the oil.

Cover tightly and marinate.

Do not store in the refrigerator.

Set Time:

30 days

Once the process has finished strain the oil if you like. Then and place aromatic oil in a jar or jars with lid.
